Wanda Abner age 78 of Pineville, KY passed away on December 26, 2013 at Knox County Hospital. She was born March 1, 1935 in Pineville, KY the daughter of the late Roy and Mae Moody Gibson. Wanda had been a homemaker and a member of Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by son Wayne Abner; brother’s Sherman Gibson and Russell Gibson; sister Ruby Messer
Survivors include her husband Thea Abner; children Kenneth Abner, Joe Abner, Charles Abner, Elizabeth (sis) Hanes and Geneva Messer. 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; like a son to them Bill Barlow and church family. A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
