Timothy Cornett age 62, a resident of Pineville, KY passed away Saturday February 16, 2019 at his home. He was born October 7, 1956 to the late Jack Cornett, Sr. and Myrtle Rice Cornett. Tim had been a Pineville-Bell County historian, photographer, publisher and columnist, Tim was author of Images of America and Bell County, Kentucky: A Brief History. Tim was a proud supporter of the Pineville Players club and member of the Lions Club.

Survivors include his children Shawna (Jason) Weaver and sons Ashton and Jonathan and Kari Fields; brother Jack Ed (Faye) Cornett; aunt and uncle Vicki (Billy) Dye; nephew Jason (Heather) Cornett and niece Janie (Russ) Bowling; great nephew Jack Bowling and great-nieces Abby Cornett and Shelby Cornett.

Funeral services will be Tuesday February 19, 2019 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home at 8PM; graveside services will be 9AM Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Pineville Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after 6PM at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home February 19, 2019 until the funeral hour at 8PM
