Carrin Craig

August 27, 1944 — January 9, 2013

Carrin Sue Craig, 68, of Corbin, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Pineville Community Hospital. Having filled every second of her life with laughter, happiness and love Sue has joined family, friends, and her lord and savior in heaven. She was born on August 27, 1944, daughter of the late George and Nettie Brown. She had been a homemaker and provided child care for friends and family. She was a believer in the Baptist faith and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Amaranth. She lived with a passion for crocheting and love of reading. I have fought the good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by son Frank Hood, husband Ike Craig, siblings brothers B.P, J.B, Poe and Douglas “Mack” Brown; sisters Ruby Baker, Ann Howard, Georgia Craig, Rosa Ling and Josie Brummett.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law Danny and Donna Green of Corbin, Eldon and Nannette Brown of Warner-Robins, GA; grand-daughters Danielle Brooke Green and Laura Shelby Green of Corbin; sister Ollie Hoskins Napier; brothers Dave and George Finley Brown. A host of nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews other relatives and friends left to mourn her passing.
