George Edmondson

George Edmondson, age 65 of Pineville, KY departed this life, July 7, 2021 at Turkey Creek Medical Center, Knoxville, TN. He was born January 16, 1956 to Ike Edmondson and the late Mae Edmondson. George was a 1973 Lone Jack Highschool graduate and had worked as a brick mason but retired from the state of Kentucky, Middlesboro group home.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his brother Gary Wayne Edmondson.

Survivors include his father Ike Edmondson; daughters Leslie Edmondson and Alyssa Edmondson; grandson Isaac Edmondson; mother of his daughter, Leslie, Teresa Stewart and mother of his daughter, Alyssa, Rosie Girdner; step-son Austin Girdner. A host of other relatives and many special friends.

Memorial services will be Saturday, August 7, 2021 beginning at 2PM until 4PM at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers you can send donations to the family.
