Robert Gambrel

Robert Lee Gambrel 83, of Arjay, KY went to be with his heavenly father November 21, 2014 in Claiborne County, TN. He was a retired construction worker and coal miner. He was a member of the Good Samaritan Baptist Church. He proudly served his country in the Korean War. He was born February 21, 1931 to the late Tom Gambrel and Stella Messer Gambrel.
He was preceded in death by sisters Myrtle Marie Leath, Roberta Hofsvang and granddaughter Kaitlyn Gambrel
Survivors include sons Robert Gambrel and Tommy Gambrel; daughter Gail Smith; five grandchildren; nieces he loved Roberta Collins, Haroldeane Gambrel and Irene Goodin and Gail Walton; nephew Willie Ray Leath. Many relatives great nieces and nephews and friends.
