John L. (Van) Hendrickson 77, of Bell County, went home to be with the lord and most of his family on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at Hillcrest Health and Rehab in Corbin KY. He was born November 9, 1935 in Bell county the son of the late John Hendrickson and Bessie Alridge Hendrickson. He was a long time member of Ferndale Baptist Church
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by sisters Mary Carver and Zelma (Zeke) Woodward.
He is survived by his sister Georgia (Harold) Banks of Middlesboro and Helen Givens of Page Cut off; brother-in-law Fred Carver of Tennessee and a host of nieces and nephews.
