Ellen Honeycutt Posey, age 92 a resident of Fourmile passed away Monday April 22, 2013 at Claiborne County Nursing Home in Tazewell, TN. She was the daughter of the late McKinley and Linda Grubbs Leath. She had been a homemaker.
In addition to her Parents she was preceded in death by husbands William Honeycutt and Earl Posey; children Bill Smith, Wayne Honeycutt, Sam Honeycutt Dallas “Monk” Honeycutt and Eva Cheryl Napier; brothers William Leath, Henry Lee Leath, Homer Leath, McKinley June Leath; sister Lucy Perry.
She is survived by her children Jim Honeycutt, Rodney Posey, Nell Ables, Linda Jones, Margie Tye, Mattie Honeycutt and Carolyn Sue Gregory; Brother Paul Leath; sisters Mattie Grinley and Lilly Devers; 27 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren.
