Wanda Howard

Wanda Sue Howard, age 64 of Calvin, KY passed away, Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Baptist Health, Corbin. She was born August 22, 1957, in Pineville, KY to the late Kenneth Ray and Truly Hobbs. She had been a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Posey, brothers, Benny Ray Hobbs and Ben Hobbs.

Survivors include her sons, Talmadge Posey and Kenneth Wayne Posey; brother Don Hobbs; sister Brenda Fay Hobbs; grandchildren, Jacob Posey and Kenneth Matthew Posey. A host of nieces, nephews’ other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 2PM at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. David Howard; burial will follow in Tackett Hill Cemetery, Hulen, KY, with family and friend’s servings as pallbearers.

The family will receive friend after 12 noon on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home until the funeral hour at 2PM. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is honored to serve the Hobbs-Howard family and ask that you keep them in your prayers.
