Ima Jean Holland Gambrel

Ima Jean Holland Gambrel, 77 of Arjay, KY passed away on July 26, 2026. Born on November 13, 1948 to the late John and Flora Holland, in Cary, KY.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Donnie Holland and Lige “Leslie” Holland.

She is survived by her siblings Judy Dozier, John Henry Holland, Lisa Hubbard and her husband Ronnie, Michael Holland, Jeffry Holland, Darlene Holland, Joann Lambert, and Rodney Holland and wife Martha. Son, Jody Jones, and her granddaughter, Cindy Cox; a host of grandchildren, other family members and friends.

A visitation to honor Ima Jean Holland Gambrel will be held at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home, on July 29, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the same location with Rev. Gary Wagner; music will be provided by Julie Wagner and Victory Missionary Baptist Church; burial will follow in Pine lawn memorial garden cemetery with Ronnie Hubbard, John Bishop, Kevin Amaya, C.J Sharpe, Chris Sharpe, Daniel Lambert and Gabriel Sowders serving as pallbearers.
