Mary Jackson

Mary “Maggie“ Jackson, 57 of Fourmile KY, passed away at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY on February 21, 2011. She was born in Pineville, KY on October 20, 1953 to the late Huey and Nancy Lawson Miller. She had been a homemaker and a member of Old Fourmile Pentecostal Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by father of her children husband Harvey Jackson; granddaughter Natasha Jackson; sisters Pauline Miller, Edna Lee Simpson, Ethel King, Effie Miller, Delora Newton; brother Lester Miller.

She is survived by her husband John Jackson of Fourmile; children Huey

Jackson (Stacey Leann Wichman) of Middlesboro, Harvey Jackson, Jr. (Candy Vickers) of Barbourville; daughter Nancy and husband Curt Johnson of Arjay; brothers Bill Miller of Fourmile and Huey Miller, Jr.; sisters Flo Smith of Pineville, Mossie Posey of Arjay; grandchildren Sasha Sinsabigh, Mary Beth Jackson, Leah Joyce Lynn Johnson, Jacob Johnson, Huey Jackson, Jr.; special cousins Margie and Clayton Harkins; adopted son Charles Patterson.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M on Thursday February 24, 2011 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Engle, Jr.; music will be provided by Billy and John Baird; Pallbearers will be family and friends; Burial will follow in Bain Cemetery at Fourmile, Ky.

The Family will receive friends from 6p.m. until 10 p.m. Wednesday February 23, 2011 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and is honored to be serving the Jackson family.
