Carolyn Mullins Johnson 54 of Middlesboro, KY formally of Pineville passed away Saturday October 8, 2011 at Saint Mary’s Hospital in Knoxville, TN. The daughter of the late Ellis and Mary Etta Mullins. She was born on May 13, 1957. She had been a housewife.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ellis and Mary Etta Mullins; her husband Robert Johnson; daughter Barbara Belcher; aunts Oda Hatfield and Ola Caldwell.
Survivors include her son David Mullins; daughter Mary Etta Mullins; boyfriend Ronnie Osborne; brothers Ellis Mullins, Jr., Mark Anthony Mullins, Jimmy Mullins, Scott Mullins and Ricky Mullins; grandchildren Shaonte Mullins, Tieresha Mullins, Mayah Mullins, Alex Mullins, David Mullins, Jr., Austin Mullins, Crystal Thompson, Diamond Thompson, Angel Belcher and Nathan Belcher; nieces and nephews Kayla Mullins, Thomas Mullins, Ricky Ray Mullins, Joey Mullins and Alicia Mullins.
Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday October 12, 2011, at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Jackson; Pallbearers; Ricky Mullins, Mark Mullins, Scotty Mullins, Thomas Mullins, Ricky Ray Mullins and Joey Mullins; Honorary Pallbearer Ellis Mullins, Jr.; Burial will follow in Mullins Cemetery in Keavy, KY.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 Tuesday October 11, 2011 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and is honored to be serving the Mullins family.
