Ernest Ramey 65, of Pineville passed away on Monday October 18,2010 at Middlesboro ARH Hospital. He was born in Fourmile on December 17,1944
To the late John and Leonna Ramey. He was a former Coal Miner a member of Straight Creek Pencostal Church.
He was preceded in death by his father John Ramey and Mother Leonna Ramey; one brother Lee Ramey and sisters Anna Mae Allen and Deloris Moore .
He is survived by his wife Shirley Ramey, sons Ernest Ramey Jr.; Gary Dale Ramey; brother James Ramey.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday October 21, 2010, at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. George Neal. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Pine Lawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 Wednesday October 20, 2010 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and is honored to be serving the Ramey family.
