Surviviors include his wife Lorene Ramey, Mother Mabel Sizemore; children Chelsie Ramey and husband Blake Couch of Girdler;, Leah Miller and husband Casey of Barbourville, KY and Jacky Ramey Jr., of Barbourville; two sisters Carolyn Mills of Flatlick and Bonnie Hall (Johnny) of Flatlick; four brothers Charles Ramey Sr., of Harrogate, TN, Johnny Ramey ( Jaquetta) of Pineville, KY, Marshall Ramey (Dorlene) of Barbourville, KY and Roger Ramey of Pineville, KY; grandchildren Maci Lynn Couch, Joey Lee Miller and Hayden Couch. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends and a very special friend, his beloved dog Bootsie.
