Phyllis Shipley 62 of Fourmile, KY passed away Tuesday December 25, 2012. She was born on July 24, 1950. To the late James Shipley and Irene Posey Shipley. She was a employee of the Ice Cream Shop, Pic-Pac and Sara’s Flowers.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by Charles Miller father of her children.
Survivors include her sons Charles Jr. Miller (Debbie) of Fourmile, David Miller (Yolly) of the Philippines, Scotty Ray Miller ( Melissa) of Fourmile; brother James Shipley of Fourmile. Sisters Mattie Harkins of Fourmile, and Dorothy Lingar of Fourmile. Her Niece -daughter Tina (Dennis) Hobbs and Shannon Klima. Grandchildren Cody and Tyler Miller, Kayla Miller, Johnie and Mikey Willis, Austin , Lillian, Jesse, Katie Hobbs. Good Friend Ulis Gambrel
