David Smith

In Loving memory of a wonderful, caring father, uncle and friend David Wayne Smith 50, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011 at his home in Ohio. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on October 18,1960 the son of David Smith and the late Mary Ann Smith.

In addition to his mother Mary Ann Smith, he was preceded in death by his grandmother Pearl York whom he shared a very special relationship, grandfather George York, grandfather and grandmother Gertrude and Paul Smith; cousin Heather Jones

Survivors include his two sons and daughter Dylan Smith, Devin Smith and Julia Love all of Cincinnati, OH; his long time companion Heidi Love of Cincinnati, OH; father David Smith of Felicity, OH; sister Barbara Phillips of Hamilton, OH; brother-in-law Doug Webb of Hamilton, OH; special friend Verlon Webb; nieces Telisha Phillips and Amy Phillips both of Hamilton, OH; great-nieces Kayla Phillips, Alexis Soule, Jacob Phillips and Zachary Phillips all of Hamilton, OH; Uncles Larry ( Linda) York, Eddie (Brenda) York, Darrell ( Kathy) York; aunts Wanda (Larry) Thomas, Judy (Raymond) Messer, Brenda ( Joe) Rutherford, Millie York and Kathy (Ken) Smith

Services will be at 3:00 PM on Thursday July 21, 2011 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Brother Verlon Webb; burial will be in the Hickory Flats Cemetery at Dorton Branch with Doug Webb, Jeff Smith, Darrell York, Eddie York, Jeff Rutherford, Raymond Messer, Eddie Webb and Donnie Rutherford serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 2:00 until the funeral hour at 3PM Thursday July 21, 2011 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home.
