Margie Ruth Steele Rice 82, of Sims Fork passed away March 14, 2013 at her home. Margie was born October 30, 1930 in Laurel County Kentucky to the late Roy and Theodore Mays Steele. She had been a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Hershel Rice; children Hershel Rice Jr., Joann Brown, Pamela Rice and Kathy Rice and her many brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her children Dennis Rice, Timmy Rice, Kenny Rice, Jewel Warren, Lisa Rice and Kim White; grandchildren Jeremy Rice, Jerome Rice, Wendy (Louis) Brock, Donna ( Jim) Lorneve, Dewayne Warren and his children, James Warren, John White, Nick White and Hershel Rice Jr, II; great-grandchildren Breanna Rice, Carter Rice, Chesney Brock, Nathan Brock, Logan Littles, Courtney Warren, Steven Patino, John Patino and Devin Lorneve. A host of great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Private Services will be held.
