Ada Taylor

Ada Smith Taylor 82, of Payne, OH formerly of Bell County passed away on December 14, 2010 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Bell County on November 7,1928 to the late Luther and Fannie Gambrel Smith. She had been a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Taylor; father and mother Luther and Fannie Gambrel Smith; brother Harrison Brock; sister Troy Miller and grandson Josh Taylor

She is survived by her children Lynn Taylor and wife Brenda of Payne, OH, Billy Taylor and wife Teresa of Knoxville, TN and Irene Taylor of Knoxville, TN; sister Edna Hoskins and husband Virgil of Calvin, KY; brothers Charles Brock of Chicago, Ill and J.B Brock and wife Janice of Grays, KY; grandchildren Lynn A. Taylor and wife Jane of St. Mary, OH, Christal Ankney and husband Bryan of Convoy, OH and Keith Taylor of Knoxville, TN; great-grandchildren Aidan Ankney, Leigha Taylor, Hannah Taylor and Samantha Taylor.

Funeral services will be 11a.m. Saturday December 18, 2010, at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Wagner; pallbearers will be her grandsons. burial will follow in the Pinelawn Memorial Garden Cemetery, East Pineville, KY.

The family will receive friends from 6 -9 p.m.. Friday December 17, 2010 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and is honored to be serving the Taylor family
